The LCD-240 was designed for use on a fire alarm system printer port. The

unit displays the same information the would be printed on a printer. When em-

bedded in a Graphic Map, the LCD-240/G provides complete annunciation

without using LEDs or lamps.

Each alarm initiating device will be shown on the graphic map, along with its

corresponding address. When an alarm occurs, the unit will display the alarm

addresses, and a descriptive message. The address shown on the LCD dis-

play is then correlated to the device location on the map.
